 JBCCS also provides a service to broadcast community announcements,
 but because of the number (and many cases the length of these    
 announcements) we give minimal information such as, the event, the place, 
 the date and contact information. Usually these are read from the  
 information sent  by Fax or Email that is sent to us.

 JBCCS has assisted whenever there are emergencies within our region as
 we have for community evacuations due to forest fires.  We have made
 available to this service to the CSB, more specifically the schools for
 closures due to weather conditions.  Also, to the Cree Band offices for
 special events.
